1. What we collect

• Your email address, when you buy an access pass or ask us to email your free diagnostic result.
• Your study progress: which questions you answered and whether they were correct, so we can show your weak sections.
• Basic technical data: pages viewed, approximate region and browser type, used in aggregate to see what works on the site.

The free practice test works without an account, and its results are stored only in your own browser.

2. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect your licence application details, social security number or identity documents.

3. Why we use it

To give you the access you paid for, show your progress, answer support requests, improve the questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who else processes it

• Paddle.com — payment, invoicing, tax and refunds (Merchant of Record).
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and storage of your account and progress data.
• Our email delivery provider — to send your access details and support replies.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account and progress data: while your access is active and for 12 months after it ends, so you can come back without losing your history. Payment records are kept by Paddle for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

6. Your rights

Write to support@cacontractorexam.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA; we apply the same standard to everyone.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated first and we will ask for consent where required.
